Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provides and facilitates competent health care of patients and families.
- Ensures adherence to established standards of care.
- Documents care completely and accurately.
- Provides health and wellness education to individuals and groups.
- Acts as a preceptor for other staff and healthcare students.
- Leads initiatives to improve care quality.
- Supports development of departmental policies.
- Teaches procedures, treatments, and surgical care.
- Performs testing such as Fibroscan.
- Administers vaccines and injections.
- Provides telephone triage and follow-up.
- Completes prior authorization process.
