Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active multi-state license.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow, triage, and direct patient care.
• Liaison between front desk, nursing staff, physicians, and clinic manager.
• Coordinate continuity of patient care with patients and families post-discharge or ER visits.
• Document in EMR and ensure orders are completed and communicated to physicians.
• Educate patients and families about medications, plan of care, and safety.
