Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing and eligibility for RN licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with healthcare team and patients/families.
• Promote patient health, safety, and engagement through nursing process.
• Apply nursing standards and act in accordance with Nurse Practice Act.
• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IV therapy, wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness.
• Document status, interventions, and outcomes accurately; use IT to support decisions.
