Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing required within 5 years.
• 3–4 years of RN experience or equivalent; ambulatory care RN experience preferred.
• RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill a 1.0 FTE, salaried role.
• Support orientation and onboarding of new staff.
• Evaluate nursing practice, assess learning needs, participate in process improvement projects and initiatives.
• Serves Clinic Float Pool and other ambulatory care departments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Travel to other Gundersen locations as required.
