• Acts as preceptor and supports the development of other staff and healthcare students.
• Provides leadership for initiatives to improve quality of care or clinical outcomes.
• Assists Nursing Supervisor in developing departmental standing orders.
• Performs phone triage and transitional care management.
• Engages in registry work for PCMH follow-up nurse visits.
