Job summary

You will hire, evaluate, coach staff, oversee budgets, and support ancillary services, with 5–13 physicians and 12–30 caregivers across 1–4 clinics, possibly travel, and leadership of up to 3 direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory care operations across 1–4 clinics and possibly multiple specialties.
• Hire, evaluate, coach, and take corrective action for staff.
• Oversee budget management and financial stewardship.
• Support ancillary services including HR and IT systems.
• Travel between Park City and Heber Valley clinics as needed.
