Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks an Advanced Pharmacy Practice Provider (APPP) to lead medication-use strategies across the system. You will partner with medical and administrative leaders to enhance patient care quality, experience, and cost containment.

You will oversee top-of-license clinical services under a collaborative practice agreement, mentor pharmacists, support population health, and contribute to formulary management and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree with advanced clinical training.
• PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency.
• Experience with top-of-license clinical services under a collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication-use strategies and top-of-license clinical services.
