Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit, MI seeks an Ambulatory Pharmacy Coordinator to lead and coordinate all pharmacy services in our clinic pharmacies. You will work with medical and administrative leaders to elevate patient care and optimize drug utilization.

As Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will supervise staff, ensure service quality, and identify opportunities to streamline care and reduce waste. Michigan licensure and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

Two (2) years of community/retail Pharmacist experience.
Current Michigan licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.
Proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of managed care and progressive pharmacy practice.
Computer literacy and knowledge of pharmacy computer order entry systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the provision of all pharmacy services in clinic pharmacies.
Provide leadership and supervision to professional and supportive staff.
Ensure pharmaceutical services meet patient care needs and achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to develop strategies for improving patient care and drug utilization.
Identify opportunities to streamline patient care, reduce waste, and enhance pharmacy services.
