Job summary

UnityPoint Health is seeking an Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager to oversee the Ambulatory Pharmacy department, including outpatient, PCMH pharmacists and discharge services. The role focuses on budget and outcomes while coordinating new and existing initiatives across services and with external departments.

The position emphasizes ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws, supporting staff development, and delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care across UPH sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• 4+ years in retail/discharge pharmacy setting.
• Wisconsin Pharmacy licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ambulatory Pharmacy operations including outpatient, PCMH and discharge services.
• Coordinate initiatives between departmental services and with external departments such as MMG, nursing, care coordination and other UPH sites.
• Ensure all aspects of the pharmacy and staff are in compliance with state and federal laws.
