Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from ACPE accredited institution with completion of PGY2 ambulatory care residency, PGY1/2 HSPAL, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience required.
• Three years healthcare supervision preferred.
• Indiana licensure or eligibility required.
• Candidates must have ambulatory clinical and administrative skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee growing ambulatory line of business and align operations with Parkview leadership.
• Manage daily operations and advance new ambulatory pharmacy projects.
• Collaborate with another Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor to support over 35 FTEs across Primary Care, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Weight Management, and Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology.
• Demonstrate strong clinical and operational knowledge, including regulatory and billing expertise in physician and hospital settings.
