Children's Minnesota in Minneapolis seeks an experienced hospital pharmacist leader to oversee daily operations of the Pharmacy department. You will supervise pharmacists, coordinate training, and conduct performance reviews to maintain high standards of care.

This role ensures compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and safety practices while supporting safe, effective patient care for our pediatric population.

Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist in Minnesota in good standing.
• BLS certification current or within 3 months of start date.
• Graduated with B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited college of Pharmacy.
• 3 years of pharmacist experience in a health system.
• Leadership/ Supervisor experience desired (1 year).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, compounding, and pharmacy operations.
