Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a professional pharmacist in Illinois as of start date.
• Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy PharmD program.
• Candidate must possess knowledge and skills for a non-tenured clinical faculty position (Clinical Instructor) at UIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide didactic instruction and clinical experiential teaching in the DPharm program.
• Precept PGY1 and PGY2 residents.
• Review and verify medication orders and counsel patients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and supervise pharmacy technicians; support mail-out activities.
