Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Ambulatory Pharmacist to dispense prescriptions and monitor medication therapy in outpatient settings. You will ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate with prescribers to optimize patient care.

Qualifications include ACPE-accredited education with a Pharmacy Bachelor's, licensure, and strong communication and computer skills. Prior pharmacy experience is preferred and the role includes supervision of staff and adherence to safe medication

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms.

• Dispense prescriptions and monitor patient drug therapy for clinical appropriateness.
• Review prescriptions and clarify potential problems with prescriber.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and supervise technicians and support staff.
• Adhere to safe medication practices and regulatory requirements.
• Identify patient needs and modify care to accommodate age, culture, language, and literacy.
