Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN or equivalent accredited nursing school or 3 years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as RN with valid Indiana practice license.
• One or more years of nursing experience required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred.
• Phone triage experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone triage, patient education, and appointment scheduling.
• Manage prescription refills and referrals.
• Coordinate care and perform limited direct patient care as needed.
