Qualifications

• Graduation from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program is required.
• RN licensure in Ohio is required; BSN preferred and must be completed within 5 years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a family-centered approach.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using evidence-based practices.
• Ensures clinic processes and workflows comply with regulatory and policy requirements.
• Collaborates with providers and team members to ensure smooth clinic flow and positive patient outcomes.
