Job summary

Children's Wisconsin in Milwaukee seeks a senior leader to manage the ambulatory Neurosciences service line, including Neurology, Neuropsychology, Neurosurgery & Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. You will partner with physician and advanced practice leader teams to drive service line strategy, quality initiatives, and growth plans.

Required: Bachelor's in a clinical field; Master’s preferred; at least three years of leadership experience in pediatrics or neuroscience; strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical field is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Leadership experience, preferably in pediatrics and/or neurosciences, is required.
• Proficiency in complex professional skills with at least three years of clinical experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of patient care delivery, fiscal administration, and professional development in ambulatory Neurosciences.
• Serve as operational partner to physician and APP leaders, developing service line strategies and growth plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance integrated neuroscience care delivery.
• Contribute to budget development and variance analysis and manage HR matters.
