PartnerCare in Jackson, TN is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the ambulatory surgery team as a vital care provider. You will plan and deliver nursing care, coordinate with physicians and staff, and support discharge planning for patients with chronic and acute pain issues.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to nursing standards, and ongoing professional development with CME/CNE and licensure requirements. Training available for new teammates.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Georgia.
• BCLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patient’s condition with physicians and care team.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure safe transitions.
• Obtain and document comprehensive nursing history.
• Record vitals and monitor for changes; report abnormalities promptly.
