Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time RN Clinical Nurse I/Ambulatory at the Atrium Health Surgery Center in Huntersville as an Ambulatory/Outpatient nurse. The 24-hour-per-week position requires PACU experience and is paid per hour.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and coordination of care in a busy ambulatory setting. The role emphasizes safe practice, teamwork, and ongoing professional development under supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Practitioner in the state of work.
• BLS certification required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collects data pertinent to patient health and situation.
• Analyzes assessment data to identify diagnoses and issues.
• Develops an individualized plan with expected outcomes.
• Implements the plan and coordinates care delivery.
• Maintains a safe environment and promotes quality nursing practice.
