Job summary

The Incidentaloma Institute seeks a dedicated ambulatory Physician Assistant to support the Surgical Oncology clinic, advancing care under the supervision of a physician network. You will triage referrals, monitor radiology advisories, and deliver high-quality medical care in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold a PA degree from an ARC-PA accredited program, with NCCPA PANCE eligibility and MA licensure in process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and ARC-PA accredited PA program graduate.
• Massachusetts PA licensure and NCCPA certification required on hire.
• NCCPA PANCE eligibility is required to apply.
• Prior oncology/ambulatory care experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with excellent clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete medical history and perform physical exams.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; formulate diagnosis and plan.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals and follow-ups.
• Provide in-person and telemedicine visits in a hybrid clinic model.
• Document interactions in EMR and ensure adherence to standards.
