Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Family Medicine team in Clemmons, NC. This full-time role supports 40 hours per week with traditional hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and pay range $35.50–$53.25 per hour.

The RN will provide nursing care using evidence-based practices, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, document in the EHR, and participate in professional development while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• RN with active license in state(s) where services are provided.
• BLS certification; telehealth licensing considerations noted.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain safety culture and timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocol.
• Communicate effectively and delegate appropriately.
• Pursue professional development and maintain required certifications.
