Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN - Ambulatory for a 13-week assignment in an ambulatory surgical setting. The role focuses on orthopedic surgery, including total hips and knees, with responsibilities across direct patient care, education, and care coordination.

The Staff RN will collaborate with an interprofessional team, perform telephone triage/eVisits, and may assist with in-clinic minor procedures. Requires active RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license required (state) or multi-state license under NLC.
• Minimum 2 years RN or circulator experience in orthopedic surgery incl. total hips/knees.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• Experience with patient education and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across settings and care teams.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient status.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
• Triage calls/virtual visits and assist with in-clinic minor procedures.
• Float to other areas as needed for operational requirements.
