Job summary

PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation CAD in California seeks a Registered Nurse for perioperative care. The role covers assessment, planning, treatment, and evaluation across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, with circulating duties during surgery.

You will coordinate an interdisciplinary plan of care, communicate with patients, families, and providers, and uphold policies to promote a high-quality patient experience. PACU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, treat, and evaluate nursing care across perioperative phases.
• Assist physician during surgery as circulating nurse.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care incorporating psychosocial and lifestyle factors.
• Maintain timely communications with patients, families, and providers.
• Uphold policies, laws, and best practices to promote quality patient experience.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth in nursing practice.
• PACU experience preferred.
