Job summary

Sutter Health’s PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation CAD seeks an RN for a limited-term perioperative nursing role in California. You will assess and plan care across preop, intraop, and postop phases, and assist the surgeon during procedures as circulating nurse.

The position requires CA RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS. Schedule is Days, Full Time, 40 hours weekly, with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN-California licensure required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, treat and evaluate nursing care across preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases.
• Assist physician during surgery in circulating role and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate with patients, families and health-care team to ensure high-quality, compliant care.
