Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Full-Time OR Circulating Nurse for a multispecialty ambulatory surgery center in Chattanooga. The RN will position and prep patients and circulate cases, supporting ophthalmology, orthopedics, ENT and gynecology surgeries.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, multitask, adapt to assignments, maintain infection control standards, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient and prep the patient for surgery.
• Circulate the case during surgery.
• Support ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology and gynecology procedures.
• Maintain infection control standards and professional competencies.

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing

Active RN license in the state
