Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute – SouthPark in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our transplant team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care for transplant patients, performing assessments, planning care, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

You will work closely with patients and families from evaluation through the transplant process in a supportive ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA).
• BSN required; if not enrolled in a BSN program, enroll within 3 years.
• Oncology and triage experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, and evaluation for transplant patients.
• Coordinate with patients and families from evaluation through the transplant process.
