UCLA Health and David Geffen School of Medicine seeks an Ambulatory Oncology Pharmacist for Bowyer Infusion Pharmacy. The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist provides medication information, verifies orders, and intervenes clinically to optimize therapy. The role includes oversight of compounding per USP and regulatory standards.

The position requires flexibility for varied shifts, weekends/holidays, and travel to multiple UCLA Health work sites with standard per diem pay of $115.04/hour.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• California Pharmacy license required.
• ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or 1 year oncology experience preferred.
• BCOP certification preferred.
• Infusion pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate drug information to providers, nurses, and staff.
• Verify orders and perform clinical interventions.
• Oversee compounding in alignment with USP and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize medication therapy.
