MemorialCare Health System is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee back-office operations at clinical sites, coordinating staff and patient care through the Simply Better framework to maintain safety and high-quality outcomes. You will lead, train, and evaluate team members, partner with Practice Manager, and participate in management huddles while ensuring adherence to policies.

Requirements include three years of RN clinical experience, two years of supervisory experience, a current RN

Formación

• Three (3) years minimum of RN clinical nursing experience required.
• Two (2) year minimum of supervisory experience required.
• Current RN license required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coordinate and facilitate the back office operations of the clinical site(s).
• Demonstrate leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and support staffing needs.
• Develop staff by offering training and educational opportunities and participate in management huddles.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager and other departments to improve patient flow and care delivery.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with ambulatory nursing practices.
