Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Active RN license.
• 10 years progressive nursing experience.
• 5 years experience in leadership, preferably in the ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for ambulatory nursing strategy, including clinical quality outcomes, workforce planning, and care delivery model design.
• Leads and collaborates with system leaders to align ambulatory care with strategic goals.
• Fosters a culture of provider, employee, patient and family engagement.
• Drives cross-functional collaboration to advance integrated, patient-centered care delivery.
• Builds and sustains high-performing, engaged teams across ambulatory nursing and clinical operations.
• Develops leaders and staff to achieve strategic and operational goals.

Education

Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
