Lawrence Healthcare seeks an Ambulatory Nursing Director to oversee nursing operations across Family Medical Center, WBU and Outpatient Nursing, ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care. You will lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient satisfaction and efficiency.

Requires AR RN licensure, BSN, and preferred leadership experience with BLS on hire. Excellent collaboration with physicians and departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
• BSN required.
• Previous clinical leadership experience preferred.
• BLS upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and clinical services to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.
