JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Required

• Education Required Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an RN in the state of Arkansas. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Previous clinical leadership experience preferred. Must have BLS upon hire.

Experience

A minimum of 1yearexperience in Nursing Management in hospital.

Physical

Normal hospital environment. Exposure to biological hazards. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Distinguish smells. Distinguish temperatures by touch and proximity. Carrying up to 40 lbs. Lifting up to 100 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 350 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, working, bending, stooping, and reaching.
