Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN licensure active in state.
• Minimum four years of nursing clinical experience, incl. at least one year in healthcare management.
• Preferred: Master's degree; 5+ years ambulatory experience and 3–4 years of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical operations and patient care across multiple Cleveland Clinic AtWork ambulatory areas.
• Oversee daily operations with nurse managers and assistant nurse managers; align with program leaders on workflows and metrics.
• Collaborate on budget review, personnel management, productivity monitoring, and staff development.
