You will oversee staffing, budgeting, supply management, and CPI initiatives while collaborating with key departments to support pediatric care and hospital goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum five years nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR required.
• RN-BC certification desirable within two years of hire.
• Ability to lead teams and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple issues.
