Responsibilities

• Lead in a fast-moving procedural environment, guiding perioperative operations and outcomes.
• Coordinate day-to-day Operating Room operations, staffing, scheduling, workflow, and clinical oversight.
• Drive quality initiatives, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement across surgical services.
• Mentor perioperative nurses, reinforce safe practice, and align resources with patient and procedural needs.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, technicians, educators, infection prevention, pharmacy, and other clinicians to resolve barriers and improve coordination.
