Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our team three days per week. The schedule aims for Monday, Friday, and one other weekday, with shifts roughly 8:15 am to 5:00 pm (Fri 8:15–4).

You will deliver patient-centered care and support, coordinating with families and the interprofessional team to ensure continuity of care. The ideal candidate holds a BSN or is pursuing it, must be NH RN licensed or a compact state license, and be able to obtain BLS during orientation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program with RN licensure in NH or a compact state.
• BSN preferred for the role; ongoing education supported.
• Ability to obtain BLS during orientation; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients and families using the nursing process.
• Promotes an evidence-based, collaborative practice across shifts.
• Involves patient/family in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicates plan of care to patient, family and colleagues.
