Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative, interprofessional environment. You will apply the nursing process to patients with diverse needs, engaging families in care planning and ensuring seamless care across shifts and settings.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, adherence to ethics and standards, and ongoing professional development, including orientation with BLS and potential ACLS training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• NH Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation and maintain during employment.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embraces and promotes change to support optimal patient outcomes and an effective professional practice environment.
• Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning and communicates that plan of care to patient and family for input; and to colleagues to ensure seamless care across shifts and settings.
• Utilizes current evidence and relevant national/specialty standards to guide practice and/or performance and identifies areas for improvement.
• Demonstrates competent clinical practice utilizing clinical decision making and critical thinking skills.
