MedStar Health Ambulatory Services seeks an experienced Nurse Educator/Professional Development Specialist to lead assessment, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of learning programs that enhance associates' performance and professional growth, aligning with SPIRIT Values.

The role requires prior PD Specialist or Nurse Educator experience, a BSN, and 3–4 years of progressive nursing practice. Travel to MedStar Ambulatory locations in MD, DC and VA is expected on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MS in Nursing or Nursing Education preferred.
• 3–4 years progressive clinical nursing practice required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with departments and leaders to develop learning programs and coordinate education with academic partners.
• Designs and evaluates learning programs; assesses learning needs using data collection methods.
• Maintains compliance with MAS policies and regulatory requirements; supports competency assessment.
