Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a full-time Ambulatory Nurse to provide direct patient care in a clinic setting. The nurse will collaborate with providers and the care team to develop and implement care plans, assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include supporting providers with documentation, patient education, and evaluating patient outcomes to optimize healthcare delivery

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS certification required
• 2-5 years experience preferred
