Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans. The RN assesses patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensures protocol adherence, and documents assessments and treatments in compliance with standards.

• Evaluate and address patients’ comprehensive needs through critical nursing skills.
• Follow clinical protocols and documentation standards.

• Support a safe working environment, maintaining alertness and safety awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RN licensure with BLS certification.
