Job summary

Elliot Neurology Associates, a department of Elliot Hospital within Elliot Health System, seeks a registered nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a 4-day work week, providing care across neurology disciplines.

You will use the nursing process to assess needs, plan and implement care, involve patients and families in goal setting, and collaborate with the interprofessional team to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
• New Hampshire RN or Compact State RN license.
• BLS qualification during orientation; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to patients and families using the nursing process.
• Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patient and families.
• Promote optimal patient outcomes within the interprofessional practice model.
• Involve patient/family in goal setting and plan of care; communicate with family and colleagues.
