Banner Health and the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix are seeking a passionate internal medicine physician to join our leadership team as Associate Program Director for Ambulatory & Community Medicine at our Mesa outpatient center. This role blends outpatient clinical practice with educational leadership, shaping a new residency program and evolving ambulatory education.
You will work closely with the Program Director to define excellence in curriculum and learner
Formación
- Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- Passion for medical education and mentoring physicians.
- Leadership interest within graduate medical education.
- Patient-centered, evidence-based internal medicine care.
- Arizona medical licensure or eligibility.
Responsabilidades
- Design and enhance ambulatory and community medicine curriculum.
- Lead curriculum development with longitudinal learning initiatives.
- Provide clinical care in outpatient settings with flexible scheduling.
- Teach medical students and residents; mentor learners.
- Foster community engagement and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Collaborate with program leadership for continuous improvement.
