Job summary

The role requires flexible, team-oriented individuals with CMA certification within 6 months, CPR, and experience with EPIC in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Monday–Friday schedule; compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent within 180 days of hire.
• Current CPR certification and ongoing MA/CPR maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collects patient information at intake and records vital signs in EPIC.
• Assists patients in exams, prepares for procedures, and aids transfers with proper body mechanics.
• Performs chart reviews, confirms orders, and supports delegated tasks under supervision.
• Maintains aseptic technique, collects specimens, and manages clinic areas and supplies.
• Provides patient education materials and directs patients to appropriate resources.
