Job summary

Advocate Health, via Aurora Medical Group, is seeking a Medical Assistant to support ambulatory care teams across multiple Wisconsin locations. You’ll engage with patients, document health histories, and assist clinicians during exams in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers 40 hours per week with a float pool and a competitive pay range. Candidates must have BLS, a MA program completion or relevant experience, and be prepared to work across AMG clinics within Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 45 days.
• GED or HS Equivalency Diploma.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 2 years MA experience in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
