Penn Medicine HealthWorks Lititz Manor is seeking an Ambulatory Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality care in a patient-centered outpatient setting. You will work with providers and care teams to support clinical activities across age groups, fostering strong provider-patient relationships.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN certificate with BLS/CPR, and 1–2 years of nursing experience, especially in ambulatory or primary care settings.

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• 1–2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Ambulatory, primary care, triage, ER, ICU, or specialty care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting.
