Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing services in a Lancaster, PA provider office. The role supports patient care across age groups with duties including triage, education, injections, and assisting providers with procedures.

Successful candidates will have an LPN license in PA, valid CPR certification, and 1–2 years of relevant office-based nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an LPN educational program.
• Current PA LPN license issued by the PA Board of Nursing.
• American Heart Association CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services at a provider's office.
• Administer nursing care under RN supervision.
• Perform patient assessments and triage as needed.
• Administer injections and medications as prescribed.
• Prepare patients for visits and assist with procedures.
• Conduct basic Point of Care testing as trained.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication.
