Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational/technical training.
• 0-2 years in healthcare or clinical setting; paid experience may be considered.
• Active LPN license in applicable state with BLS; CPI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits by collecting vitals and histories.
• Draw blood and collect specimens for in-clinic testing.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assist with exams, procedures, and transcriptions of orders.
• Triage patients and coordinate referrals and testing.
• Maintain accurate medical records and support nursing workflows.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
