Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Nursing education preferred.
• LPN licensure with IV certification required.
• Experience is not required but nursing training is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing services under physician supervision.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, point-of-care testing and medication administration.
• Initiate/discontinue IV fluids as directed and assist with procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA compliance and infection prevention.
• Obtain vital signs, patient history and accurate charting.
