BJC Medical Group, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our ambulatory care site in Farmington, Missouri. The role involves rooming patients, obtaining vitals, phlebotomy, EKGs, point-of-care testing, and administering medications under physician supervision.

This position emphasizes safety and HIPAA compliance, with a day shift and no call, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IV Certification.
• No prior experience required.
• Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under physician supervision in ambulatory setting.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, point-of-care testing and med administration.
• Obtain vitals and document in patient records.
• Triage patient calls and relay information to provider.
• Adhere to HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA and infection control protocols.
• Maintain safety as a priority in a fast-paced clinic.
