Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for outpatient clinics in Scranton, PA. This full-time role (40 hours/week, days) supports patient-centered care in a collaborative ambulatory setting.

You will assist providers with histories and vitals, prepare exam rooms, and help with minor procedures. New and experienced LPNs are welcome. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement plans, PTO, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and family support services.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide care for specific age groups within assigned clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient histories, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
• Assist with minor procedures, collect labs, and prepare paperwork.
• Administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision.
• Maintain a clean, aseptic environment and prepare exam rooms between patients.
• Communicate with patients, answer inquiries, and coordinate follow-up on tests.
