Job summary

Geisinger is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join outpatient clinic teams, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. This full-time, 40-hour weekly role supports providers in ambulatory care within a team-focused environment.

You will obtain patient histories, perform routine clinical tasks, administer meds and vaccines, and help prepare patients for exams. New and experienced LPNs are welcome as part of our supportive care network.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN with nursing program completion.
• Experience in ambulatory/outpatient settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary clinical support to the provider, patient and family.
• Follow up on diagnostics and ensure records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain a clean, aseptic environment and prep rooms for visits.
• Administer medications and vaccines under supervision.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with procedures.
