Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct patient care experience; literature search/review experience.
• EPIC Proficiency/Certification within 180 days.
• Professional Clinical License or Certification in Kansas or Missouri.
• Strong communication, writing, organizational and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings and support across locations.

Responsibilities

• Rounding in ambulatory clinic settings and communicating EHR documentation requirements.
• Identify and implement standard workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with IT, Revenue Cycle, and operations to optimize ambulatory processes.
